The Antalya Atatürk House and Museum is one of the important historical sites that preserves the memory of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s visits to Antalya. Atatürk visited Antalya on March 6, 1930, February 10, 1931, and February 18, 1935. He stayed at this mansion especially during his visits in 1930 and 1935.
The museum was opened to visitors in 1986. On the ground floor of the two-story building, visitors can see photographs from Atatürk’s visits to Antalya, newspaper reports from the period, and documentaries. The upper floor features Atatürk’s personal belongings, his study and bedroom, as well as a section displaying commemorative coins from the Republican era.
The two-story museum is a meaningful stop for visitors who wish to learn more about Atatürk’s connection with Antalya and explore the historical legacy of the early Republican period.
