Kazan Melon is a traditional melon variety grown in the Kahramankazan district of Ankara, known for its dark green rind, deeply textured surface, intense aroma, and juicy flesh. Its thick rind and low-fiber flesh allow it to be stored for long periods under suitable conditions, making this one of its most distinctive characteristics.
